John has more than 20 years experience in the collection industry after obtaining his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1983. As many of you know, John joined Milliken & Michaels, subsequently NCO, one of the largest commercial collection agencies in the country, as General Manager of the Legal Department and was later promoted to Director of Legal Services. In 2003, John joined Sprechman & Associates; P.A. as Director of Operations and in 2007 was promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
