How do I register a complaint against a member of the CLLA?
CLLA members are required to meet a high level of professional responsibility. If you feel that a League Member has violated standards of proper moral, ethical or professional conduct, the Operative Guides for Forwarders and Receivers, the Agency Section Code of Ethics, or the Association of Law List Publishers Code of Conduct, you may file a request for a Grievance or Arbitration hearing you may request, in writing, a review of your claim. The Membership Grievances and Arbitration Committee is charged with reviewing these claims, and taking appropriate action, which may include, scheduling hearings.

I am a collection agency and my customer asked if I am certified

Who can join the CLLA and how much does it cost?
The following individuals are eligible for membership in the League: Lawyers, Commercial Collection Agency Representatives, Judges, United States Trustees, Turnaround Managers, Public Accountants, Paralegals (or Law Office Administrators), Lenders (or Bankers), Law Students, Law List/Directory Publishers, Real Property or Equipment Lessors, Editors of a Legal Periodical, Canadian Trustees, Bankruptcy Private Trustees, Vendors, Professors/Teachers of Law and Law Students.
