I have been specializing in Collection & Creditors Rights for over 40 years. I am certified as a Creditors Rights Specialist/Expert by the American Board of Certification. I have been AV rated in Martindale Hubble for over 30 years. I have also been recognized for the last 15 plus years by Super Lawyer Magazine in the area of commercial & business litigaton as well as collections. I graduated from The Ohio State University in 1967. I then attended & graduated from the University of Cincinnati College in 1970 with highest honors & was also Order of the Coif. I was Editor of the Law Review and served as the student representative on the Law Schools Curriculum Committee. I have spoken & presented educational programs at the annual meetings of the American Bar Association, the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges & the NACM to name a few.. I served for 2 years in the US Army during the Vietnam War and received an Honorable Discharge with the rank of Captain. I am Past President & the current Treasurer of the CLLA.
