The 2025 Annual CLLA Luncheon & Hon. Frank Koger Memorial Educational Program was a resounding success! We were honored to recognize the 2025 Lawrence P. King Award Winner, Richardo I. Kilpatrick. A huge thank you to our keynote speaker, Kathy Bazoian Phelps, Partner at Raines Feldman Littrell, LLP, for her insightful address, “Detecting Corporate Psychopaths.”
The 2025 Annual CLLA Luncheon & HON. Frank Koger Memorial Educational Program concluded with the interactive presentation, “Crime and Punishment: Ethical Quandaries in Insolvency Proceedings”, leaving us all with a deeper understanding of our professional responsibilities.
